My builder used Straubys on a new project. There was an issue with one of the windows. They are supposed to implement a warranty replacement for my window. I first contacted them in July. As of May, 2020, they still have not replaced the window.

They came out the next day to do the estimate. Installation seemed to take a bit long, but the did have to order a custom pane. Pleased with the results.

The men provided quality work in making screens for all my windows, re-screening my sliding patio screen door and replacing seals around my front door and replacing seals under all windows! I would hire them again if needed.
