They had to order a part for my hot tub, I hadn't heard from them when I suppose to, so I called, it turns out that the person who did the work for me was very sick. He came out the next day even though it was very cold out and he was still getting over his illness. I asked him if he wanted to come inside to get warm, and was said no because he didn't want me to get sick, he would just sit in his car! He went above and beyond, all while cold and sick. Great work ethic!

They didn't do anything! I told him we had a used hot tub and it needed to be serviced and I had a broken jet, he didn't know much about the hot tub he couldn't see a broken jet (we know which one it is) he was here a matter of mins and didnt do anything my husband couldnt do very disappointed we still need to call someone else to come fix jet, these people were a waste of money :(

Hired these jerks told me I needed a new pump, I had them put one in I then called back and said I had a leak guy came over didnt fix it charged me another 75.00 called them back guy came over and told me leaks were hard to find and never heard from them since... total cost little less than 600.00 tub doesnt work and they wont even reply to my emails...DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS...

"That's not how the job went! We can't work miracles on old equipment that a customer Doesn't want to put in the required money and time in that it requires to fix properly. Multiple problems are often present. We always answer our phone as well! Would be happy to address the issue again, maybe we missed something. just call us."

I'm a big time do-it-yourselfer, but I got stuck with programming the controls of the hot tub spa pack and after the wife said "I want it fixed, it has takin' you too long" I called and they were able to take care of the problem in less than an hour. If I ever have a problem again, I won't hesitate to call.
