Welcome to Strazar Design. I am the answer to all of your home improvement needs. I specialize in the design and build of your project. I also specialize in handyman projects for a quality conscious homeowner. I have a reputation for superior customer service that guarantees satisfaction. I have been doing business since 1986 and have over 36 years of experience in all aspects of residential and light commercial design and construction. I work with making your dreams (small or large) come true. Call me for an onsite consultation. Mr. Strazar arrived to install Dental Crown Molding at the time he had promised. His workmanship exceeded expectations. Even Tim's assistant was polite and professional. Tim is a great communicator with no doubt about his trustworthiness. The job cleanup was very thorough. Tim will be the one that will be called upon when additional home improvements are made.

We hired Tim to install Crown Molding throughout the first floor of our home and modernize an old built-in next to a fireplace. Tim not only met our expectations but he exceeded them. Tim also had several suggestions with both projects that we’re glad we took his advice on. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Tim again, he was always on-time, cleaned his work area daily and reasonably priced.

It was not a big job � under $2K. The renovation project involved structural framing/construction on an old 2-car garage to replace the sill plate foundation and rotted support studs. Extensive, often down and dirty prep work was required and intricate problem-solving nearly every step of the way. Strazar�s framing skills and craftsmanship are top notch. The work was done meticulously and the end result was a work of art.

If you want someone ou can trust to do what needs to get done the correct way and not worry if its going to last call Strazar Design, he is the complete package with everyone u need, electrican,plumber,tile,granite, he has them all ,u have to look no father than Strazar Design!!! We are in full packing mode,thanks to u and all of your great contractors. This would not have been happening if it were not for you and all the hard ,but GREAT work you did. Tim did a great job in repairing structural termite damage on our newly purchased house. It was definitely not done in a quick and dirty way. In contrast, all carpentry work was neatly done, even if was going to be covered up and was in places impossible to check after the project was finished. Soon after contacting him I felt the project was in good hands and he completely lived up to my expectations.
