6+ Room New Window Service
Totally connned. They promised everything and that they would come back to finish the work. They had gaps of times they would show and a constant overturn of workers. Didn't pay workers that worked for them, so they worked for me and there was a eventually chain reaction and they wouldn't show up as well. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Bad experience. Very stressful.

9 000 & 30000 no permits filed he showed us the plans for the work he came up with but we dont have a copy and we got the initial estimate i gave him 9698.60 to start my project after he came back and showed the plans for the work 30633. 40 and never was able to get a hold of him left a couple voice mails and it has been about 3 weeks and still haven't heard any thing from him and the work was never started I would not recommend this company at all very shady business

They have had my down payment since July 2017 and still have not started my job. I asked for a refund, no reply. I asked when they will start my project. New project manager Josh Lawson said he was taking over for the project. Still nothing happening on my bathroom. Home Advisor needs to screen these companies more thoroughly. Not pleased.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with CONNOR DUFFY or STEAMLINE Home Services. He is full of empty promises. To make a long story short, he took our money and performed no work. He will not perform the work he promises and will not call you or follow up. He will take your money and not order the product. If, in the rare instance, you can get in contact with him, he will talk and talk about how he's going to do the work....IT IS ALL LIES!!!! He will say he will have an answer, and never call back. I have tried to reach him dozens of times with no responses. He has every excuse in the books and a new project manager, that will also NOT CALL you back. It's gotten so bad we are trying to get our deposit back that he STOLE and are pursuing legal action as well as contacting the BBB. I would question that any recently posted positive review is fake.

Basement - Remodel
I hired Streamline Home Services to finish my basement because Home Advisor recommended the company and I was scammed out of a lot of money on a project last year. However, now that I have worked with them, I do not recommend Streamline for a big job such as a basement remodel. The team seems very disorganized. Throughout the project, paying subcontractors has been an issue which has caused significant delays. Furthermore, they do not seem able to coordinate buying material and getting it to the project promptly. I received a phone call this week after a two-week stall that work is ready to resume, but they are unable to find the materials (that were purchased within ten days of the project starting) - the project has about two weeks of work done and going on three weeks of no work. Work is still not complete, and I have no idea when the project will resume. After this experience, I fear that I will never hire contractors for this type of work in the future. I am 0 for 2 on a good experience.

DO NOT USE CONNOR DUFFY OR HIS COMPANY! We first met with Streamline 12-07-2016 for an initial meet. It is now 7-20-2017, they have taken over 13K of our money and we have nothing but empty promises. His project foreman Sonny met with us in the showroom on 1-18-17 and promised my wife and I both bathrooms would be completed by Valentine's Day. When that time came and went, I was told that Sonny "had been not doing his job and lying to multiple customers", promising them we (they) were next in line to start the job the next Monday. Connor himself told us this and that he supposedly no longer works there, as did another employee Connor admitted had been doing inappropriate things such as not completing measurements and writing down orders correctly. Then we had a meeting 3-2-17 with Connor and his #2 guy, in which Connor redid measurements and wrote on our contract that all the work would be completed 6-2-17, which he signed and said if he doesn't do the work by then I can "take him to court." 6-2-17 came and went, with no word from Connor. I had to keep calling Streamline and was given the run-around each time. Connor then promised the work would either begin 7-17 or 7-24. Same story--no call from him. Then he was to call 7-19. I get a text from someone else saying he will call 7-21. BEWARE! There's more. We liked the products on display at Prosource (a separate company that supplies the product), but then I learned that Connor likes to "shop around" for cheaper deals other than Prosource for his project materials, so God only knows if this "bait and switch" will even give the customer the same product on display at Prosource. Our onyx has been cut and sitting somewhere in a warehouse (it is to kept in a cool place and we all know the temps lately, so good luck with not getting warped product!). Connor never bothered to inform me of this bait and switch, so if I don't end up suing this guy it is incumbent on me to birddog every item we ordered from prosource to make sure bit's the same quality we were shown. I have no clue as to their installation ability, but with the problems above we face even more in the future if we do not sue this company. I asked for our money back months ago and he refused to return it, claiming he had already ordered items for the job, which he did not do because the two who came to our home hadn't even written down all the items we wanted correctly. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. First sales appointment was missed. Finally came out and wrote out a quote on a piece of notebook paper. He incorrectly counted the number of windows. They scheduled another guy to come out and he miscounted after missing his first appointment. Sent a third guy out who finally got it right (mind you we only have ten windows). They gave us three dates that the windows were in when they weren't. Continued lies. The installers finally showed but had to leave after several hours because one of the guys had some stuff to do and didn't drive. The other installer came back and began installing the windows. My backsplash installer (different company) noticed one of the windows was dented out of the box. My tile guy asked the window installer if he was going to install the broken window and his response was that the sun will fix it. HUH???? He intentionally installed a defective window and was going to try and get it past us. Shady.....absolutely. We complained about it and they finally conceded that the window was defective. Really! We also hired them to paint. My wife took off work to be there when the painters began the work. She was called that morning stating that one of the guys had had an emergency out of town so my wife lost a days pay. There was supposed to be four guys to paint but one guy can't make it so they cancelled the entire appointment. What happened to the other three guys? Streamline asks a premium price but uses the cheapest subs they can hire to increase profits disregarding customer service and quality workmanship. Hire this company and you'll will receive the following: Missed appointments. No prompt return calls. Cheap subs. Multiple excuses why they can't adhere to there promises. Connor only shows up when he wants money. He missed three appointments to meet with us. I could probably go on forever. My wife and I are completely exhausted dealing with these guys. IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU'RE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. We will be contacting the window manufacturer, the BBB, our attorney and the attorney general. This is the only way to do business with them. I'd give them a zero if I could. this has been going on since March. It's mid July and still not finished. Very sad.

We hired streamline and the project manager gave us a date for the project to be completed. Someone was suppose to come tape and measure prior to those dates. With roughly a week to go before the scheduled time, no one had came to measure. I called the project manager who bid the job and never got a call back. I then called the office and they had no idea what I was talking about when I discussed the dates that I was promised for my project. I gave them an opportunity to find someone to do the work and work with them to get it done. They could not. I did the project myself. I asked for my deposit back. They told me they would refund but I had to send the original contract back with an explanation of cancellation. I did. I still do not have my money back after 10 days. I called yesterday to inquire about it. They said the refund would go out soon. Hopefully it does.

3-5 New Window Installation
It has been over 6 months since we scheduled this work to be completed by 12/16 and work still hasn't been started. This is after them coming by 3 times for "final" measurements. No calls are returned. At this point I"m assuming I've just lost my payment and am looking into recovery options.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Contracted with StreamLine in Oct 2016 to remove an old deck and concrete patio and build new. We provided over 75% down payment with the understanding that our project would be expedited. The new pad is not sloped properly away form the house and does not have proper crack joins. There is concrete splatter on the siding and a sliding glass door from the pour. The City required the deck support posts to be separate from the pad; those had to be cut out, instead of being poured properly. April 2017 and the project is still not complete. There is still splatter on the house, the issues with the pad are still not resolved. There is construction waste still in the yard, including over pour and wash out waste. The step railing for the deck is not completed, presenting a safety issue and a City inspection issue. According to my last conversation with the City Inspectors, the footing inspection was never completed. They had the nerve to request Final payment with all of these issues and more still outstanding. We told them "no", and there has been no further communication nor work in the two (2) weeks since. No communication has been a hallmark of this project. I have had to leave numerous texts, emails, and voice mails in order to eventually get a reply. Scheduled appointments are either a no show or over an hour late by StreamLine. The project overall has been excessively sloppy and unprofessional. There hasn't been consistent representation from Streamline. The PM has changed every couple of months, and each time, the new PM has no idea of progress to date, nor do they know the details of the contract signed, nor do they know the issues encountered to date.

6+ Room New Window Service
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I wish I could them give no stars. Without getting into too much detail, this company has steadfastly refused to give us our deposit (4k) back on a cancelled order which was acknowledged and which never even made it to the window manufacturer. We've requested it formally 3 times now and multiple times verbally. At the time the check was received, it was cashed immediately despite no order being in place, huge RED FLAG. Not to mention multiple occasions of saying they will get something to us, then never responding, plus a no call / no show. The icing on the cake was the owner coming into our home to rectify the situation only to be AGGRESSIVE, ARGUMENTATIVE and DISRESPECTFUL to both my husband and I. We gave every opportunity to correct the situation with reminders, follow-ups, clear expectations, and communication over the course of the 3 weeks and there was simply no follow through on their end. I would advise to STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this company. Everything about it is a complete joke, they are DECEITFUL for the purpose of personal gain.

We had in fact carried on a meeting as you requested. At which time we extended an offer for all upgraded and additional solutions to your Husband and yourself. By this time not only had our Production Staff taken your measurements, provided all of the applicable information to multiple suppliers, and were prepared to order your product. As you had informed us that you were interested in proceeding with our Contract. You were then extended a savings that was very aggressive for the 3 additional units that were not noted on the original contract, as well as the other available door solutions as you had requested. As this offer was made to our Client, the parties then counter offered a price, and our Company proceeded to agree to performing the Project for said price. At which time, we were then asked to leave the residence and informed that they were not interested in conducting business with our Company."

Connor listened very closely to what we wanted in our replacement deck and worked very hard to make that vision come true. He checked on the progress everyday and kept us informed on when workers would be working and if not why. He answered any questions we had and handled any of our concerns quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the final result.

Connor, owner of Streamline, called almost immediately when I put a request in on Home Advisor. I was replacing carpet on the second floor and wanted to have some painting done. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that not only could they do the painting but could take care of the entire project, including pulling up carpet, fixing floorboard squeaks, priming the floors, replacing a bathroom fan, replacing light switches, modifying doors, replacing trim,etc. They could have installed the carpet but I already had that arranged. Connor and his team are friendly, very easy to work with and have exacting standards. I am ecstatic with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Streamline for all of your home improvement needs. I plan on using them for other projects in the future.
