He came when he said he would and he completely fixed a problem with our irrigation system that I knew I could never handle. He is in my address book as my go-to for yard irrigation and maintenance! July 19 I sent him a specific diagram of my property yard showing length with accurate measurements for the trenches. Also included where the plants and trees that needed to be place around the drip system. I also provided most of the PVC and Fittings, the total cost 400.00 of which he used. Prior to his arrival I texted him to see if he would not mind doing a few more trench on the property for the electrician that had work here as well, for a 100 more he agreed via text. I also added a few Manuka plants on the property next to the irrigation vale. That would be an additional 30ft trench and should of not cost more than 50$ in materials. At the end of the first day he asked for the a 4000.00 retainer, mind you the estimate was for 2992.90. I let him know that I was not comfortable with paying any amount before the work is finished and I typical pay contactors after the work is completed. He would not leave and I felt pressured to write out a check. My property was torn up with a lot of trenches . After I inspected the work I noticed he did not bury the drip lines. When I called him back he augured that he does not typically bury them in case there is a future problem. When I asked him to come back out he wanted to charge me more, I believe that it should of been part of the job estimate. On the last day he presents me with an invoice of 6852.41. SO the original estimate was 2992.90, he forced me to pay 4000 before the job is complete, there for he received 1100.00 over his original estimate. That was more than enough to cover the trench and drip for the Manuka plant. It is stressing me out that he is continually harassing me to extort an additional 2852.41 from me. When he came to bury the line, he is seen and heard on my ring camera talking unprofessionally about me with my property caretaker. On the video photoaged he is seen attacking my character as well disclosing our finical agreement. I chose his company for the low estimate after I received 2 other estimates. One of the long trenches that he dug was in the wrong area and was an error on his part, I am sure he is trying to bill me for his mistake. I would not recommend working with him it has caused me a great deal of stressed. Giving a potential client a low bid and grossly inflating 2992.90 to 6852.41. It is old trick an unethical. I paid him 4000.00 and I think that is fair.

Dock (owner/contractor) arrived as scheduled. Did thorough job, including cleanup. He worked hard the whole time he was here, not stretching out the time to increase the cost. He listened to what I wanted. I was very pleased with his work & will definitely hire him again, and highly recommend his services.

Dock, Dock took the time to come out to evaluate with me the problems I was having with my lawns. I discussed with him what I liked yo have done with my problem lawns and he give some of his expertise suggestions to also add to the project. Dock did a very professional job and has a down to earth personality. My lawns are finally starting to look healthy because of all his attention to detail with starting the project, adding the products as was discussed, and all his diligence in following each phase of my lawn procedure. I know I can depend on him for any future lawn or landscaping work I need to have done.

Streamline rep arrived and assessed the problem immediately. He b rought the equipment needed and installed it quickly. He charged less than his original estimate. I can't say enough about his professional skills, his attitude and his willingness to help. Very courteous and trustworthy.
