I contacted Alex last December to help declutter and organize my 92 y.o. mothers home. Initially, Alex was very responsive, timely and courteous; and she was deferential and polite toward my mother. However, all this changed as my mother started feeling frustrated and confused (understandably at her age) with all the changes in her house as the junk was cleared out. When I started hearing my mothers response to the decluttering process, I began checked in frequently with Alex who proudly told me how *you literally cannot hurt my feelings* and for me not to worry about my mothers comments. However, Alex went from being responsive and polite to being completely unresponsive, and then ultimately rude and very unprofessional after I lodged a complaint with the another web page asking for their assistance in getting a final accounting and refund from her for the advance payment I made. Because Alex did not initially join in the another web page settlement process, the another web page Solution Center limited her account and she was not able to connect with new customers. The another web page informed me that the limitation would not be lifted until they were confident she was addressing my concern. Previous to lodging my formal complaint, I emailed her (over the course of 5 weeks) twice directly, and once through The another web page, about whether she would be returning to finish the remaining hours owed, or if she wished to withdraw from the project and provide me with a final accounting and a refund. She did not respond to any of these emails, nor the emails I sent informing her that I finally asked the another web page to get involved. She could have provided me with accounting and offered to send a refund and I would have canceled the complaint. But she dug her heels in and refused to participate. Ultimately, when she was forced to respond by the another web page, she was snotty and acted as though she was the victim! She also sent me a very disagreeable email directly (going outside the another web page Solution Center) in which she disparaged my mother. Clearly, this immature *girl* got her feelings hurt by the ramblings of a confused 92 y.o. woman and, instead of taking the high road like the professional she claimed to be, she reacted like a spoiled teenager. She told the other workers at my mothers house that *she did not need this* and that *she had better things to do with her time* than work for someone who did not appreciate what she was doing. She expressed dismay that her reputation might be damaged if my mother were to express her opinion outside of her home. Well, my mother does not need to express her opinion because my opinion is being expressed. I would not have posted any review had Alex simply provided an accounting of her time and either agreed to work the remaining 10 hours or refund the money. But she *earned* every review I plan on posting as a result of her unresponsive, immature and unprofessional behavior. If you want to hire someone who does a good job of organizing but is arrogant, egotistical and gets their feelings hurt easily, then Alex the owner of Streamline Seattle is for you.

Alex is very professional, upbeat, energetic, and a hard worker. Her flexibility is a major plus, and she is on time, does what is needed to get the job done. I'll be calling her again when I'm ready for the next phase of downsizing.

Alex is terrific! She is smart, savvy, and has an amazing work ethic. Alex walked into a condo full of boxes that been in storage since 2013. When she left, everything was unpacked and perfectly organized. Before Alex, the luxury of living in a personally arranged and organized home was just a dream. I will hire her again soon!

Alex was fast! She knew what she was doing and didn't let me hem and haw around like I usually do when I am organizing. I may rearrange a few things, but if I take something out of one home, there is another home waiting for it. I appreciate her hard work, and I am enjoying the free space that I now have. I also was pleased with Home Advisors themselves. The website was useful and someone called to ascertain if SS had responded to my request (which they had).

Alex was responsive, professional, worked incredibly hard and made a difficult process fun. My house looks great!

Alex and her team are amazing! We downsized 30-years of collected "stuff" in 8-hours. What remained in the garage was cleaned and organized. All shelves were scrubbed, all bins were cleaned, and even the garage floor was vacuumed!
