Home Theater System or Media Center Installation
The entire management and support team have been responsive and professional. I had very little knowledge concerning the system's actual technical details and capabilities, but I could describe wanted I wanted to listen to. The team listened to me, described several options and cost levels, and was sensitive to all requests and price targets. Phone calls and e-mails were always returned, very important to me. The installation team was just as responsive and competent, and the system is working great.
