Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly responded to our request that was initiated on homeadvisor. He arrived early for the appointment which is refreshing in this day and age of unreliable contractors. He checked our entire system quickly and after resetting our system, he diagnosed that 3 heads needed to be replaced. He also helped us close off a portion of our system that was watering an unnecessary area. The only negative I have is he charges 75 dollars just to come check your system. I think 50 could cover his gas and time. That being said I would still use him if I had any further issues but I would make sure that I knew there was a problem to justify the 75 dollar trip/assessment fee. If you can afford the fee, he is worth the money.

Richard did an outstanding job of bringing our old sprinkler system back to life. Will definitely look to hiring for future projects.
