The experience was unacceptable from start to finish. On pickup day, the crew arrived without enough supplies and without enough space in their truck to complete the job. I ended up driving one of their representatives to pick up a U-Haul just so we could proceed. When they ran out of proper moving blankets, they used my own household items?decorative blankets, bed blankets, and even couch pillows?to wrap and protect furniture. To make matters worse, they brought in an extra loader they said they found on Craigslist, and he reeked of alcohol. On delivery, I found damaged and missing items. Your sales agent convinced my dad he had a great deal - one bedroom move across state. I don?t even have a one bedroom. I have a studio!! we said one bedroom to give me additional space even tho I only had 12 large boxes 20x17x15 and 8 tiny boxes no bigger than a ruler. We had explained all inventory in my apartment. My apartment is small af in Los Angeles, no more then 300 sqt. They charge extra for stairs but won?t tell you until they arrive that you will have to pay for that right then and there. th no en they said I had over 500 sqt worth of stuff. All of my items alone fit in a standard bedroom. I moved to my parent house and all my stuff is literally in a bedroom that?s not bigger than 200sqft(LA housing is small). you charged additionally over 2000 more because you are saying that you don?t have space for my items in the truck and I have no choice but to pay now or leave California with the clothes on my back. I was given a low price to sign a contract, then the price was 6x more on the day of pick-up. I was quoted $2,000 by James to move items in my storage unit after I provided photos and measurements of the full storage unit. I was also told the items would be delivered the next day. On the pick up day, we were told the price was now $12,000 because they made a mistake and our items would not be delivered for up to 5 days. My deposit was returned however this was a huge setback for my family.

Please save yourself the stress and frustration and U-Haul your shit or hire someone else. We got a quote for a specific price and cubic footage and were baited and switched by the time the movers showed up. (I am convinced the actual mover guys are 1099 hires and have almost zero idea what the company is about.) They were kind and professional, nothing like the people at the "home office." Aside from the receptionist, she actually tried to help us.) I would like to specifically call out our salesperson, James Ackerman, who gave us a quote of $2900; we ultimately paid $4100+. James never updated our contract, so we were not able to receive what he quoted us (that's a problem the company needs to take responsibility for and make right, but they did not. Instead they gave us the run-around for weeks and told us they'd "call us back," but never did. If they tell you this, they will NEVER call you back.) James conveniently became "unavailable" after the movers showed up with our "new quote," and we never heard from him again. If you've listened to the Chameleon podcast, you'll know this is an integral part of a scam. I took a full week off work for the move and unpacking, and our stuff didn't show up until AFTER I had to go back to work. Luckily, I had a couple of airtags in our boxes, so I was able to keep tabs on it (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), but it stayed in storage in Vegas for about a week before it started its trek to us. Oh, you thought that it would be a straight shot to your new home? NO WAY. It's gonna be loaded and unloaded a few times, and stuff will get broken and ultimately lost before you see it. We lost an office chair and 5-6 boxes. Even if we reported it, they wouldn't do anything to help. Just set aside $20k, and you'll be able to afford to work with this company. And don't bother signing up for their insurance policy; I'm certain that's another scam in itself. The owner of this company is a class-A con artist with a sleazy, slimy, scummy personality. Just check out his responses on BBB. He straight up says he believes a person who filed a complaint should be sued. Oh, wait! I haven't even gotten to the best part!! They call themselves a top-rated company but check their stars on any site, and you'll see that's a farce. The people on staff at this company should be embarrassed by all the lies and cons they have to do. I hope this company goes under big time. AVOID!!

This is my second time using Streamline Moving and Storage for an instant move. They always do a phenomenal job!Roberto, Juan, and wereCarlos on time, efficient, and very professional. My final price ended up being less than my initial quote which was great. I've recommended them to multiple people and will continue to use them for any future moves! Very pleased with Streamline Moving and Storage. Communications from sales calls through the entire process were timely and friendly. Our move required changing the original move date, dropping furniture at 2 locations which they handled perfectly. On the day of move the crew was courteous and careful with the items including a piano. Job was completed within the budget given during the sales process. Would recommend them.

Extremely responsive team, much better priced than any other moving company I got quotes from, and they were on time and delivered my items in excellent condition. They had no issues with either my apartment building upon move out or delivery of my items in various parts of the house I moved into. Estimate was spot on and I didn't pay a cent more than we dealt.

The staff was courteous and they were very hard working. They took special care of my big screen TV and antique furniture and nothing was damaged or lost. Wish I had found these guys years ago

They wrapped every piece of furniture and loaded our belongings into their big truck! Same fast, courteous on the other end. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long distance move. We appreciated that they were so fast even though they had to disassemble furniture and wrap up some of the fragile items. They made the move stress free. Really awesome experience with this moving company. We were lucky enough to have Carlos, Roberto, and Shoko help us move everything from our 3 bedroom apartment to a new home going up and down flights of stairs. The moving team was super attentive from even before the appointment where they called us an hour before to confirm the arrival time, they packed everything up nicely.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will scam you blind and steal your goods. Damage the goods they handle. Scratch up the new floors in our new house. Charge WAY TOO MUCH. Streamline Moving is amazing!!! I had to move my things to storage and my Streamline Moving crew made it a total breeze. They arrived on time, were super professional and friendly, and they wrapped all my precious furniture in shrink wrap to keep it safe in storage. They worked so efficiently as a team that the truck was loaded in no time. Then at my storage locker, they tetris-packed everything so carefully so that the locker looked like a beautiful jig-saw puzzle! What topped it all off is that they were just lovely lovely guys. The staff at Streamline Moving were available within only a few days. They were very polite and professional. I had a large stone vase that needed to be moved and I could not do it on my own.
