I had 3 area rugs in desperate need of cleaning. One had been heavily soiled by dog urine from 2 elderly dogs that became incontinent in their final weeks. Despite my attempts to clean and deodorize it, it still reeked, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The 2nd rug was heavily soiled and damaged after storm damage to my roof turned the upstairs into a construction zone. It was discolored, and I had given hope of salvaging it, so it was stored in my basement for several years. The 3rd rug just needed a good deep cleaning. Robert was punctual for his initial appointment, and explained what he would do to treat and clean the rugs, particularly the first two. His quote was fair, especially given the work required. They picked up and hauled off the rugs, and gave me an estimated work time, and he kept me up to date. The rugs required more time than initially estimated, but Robert made sure I knew in a timely manner, so I never had to follow-up with him. He delivered the rugs back today, and all I can say it WOW! He did an amazing job on all three, but I am most impressed with the results of the first two rugs. There is absolutely no odor, they are dirt and dust free, and he was able to restore the color on the 2nd rug. Robert and his colleague were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I appreciate every aspect of this transaction. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning services, especially with area rugs. Thanks, Robert!

They came when they said to pick my rig up, called when it was supposed to come back and said it would be delayed because of more cleaning needed than originally thought and then delivered it exactly when they said they would. Very professional and really good work.

First let me say that he cleaned very dirty rugs with stains very, very well. However, he asked me what he quoted me. I said I thought 170 but I had it written down at home. It was $99. He charged me $165. He is not a steam cleaner. Closer to a shampoo and then he uses a hose to extract. It was just an uncomfortable situation. But, the carpets look really clean so this is a mixed review.

"This is strictly business Cleaning Service Pro it is unfortunately that we cannot satisfy everyone this customer is a customer that you cannot satisfy the price of $99 was for a basic clean , the carpet was dirtier than when I talk to her over the phone so we had to add another step into a deep cleaning process and that was $65 and she said that it was fine and the carpets look great so I do not understand why she is unhappy when she told me she do not mind paying for good work."
