Complete Home Inspection
Totally unprofessional. Radon testing. He never got back to with the results, I had to remind a couple times to get the results.

The place was tested for air quality. When complete the inspector was not able to tell me anything of value. All we received were some measurements, although was not informed if the quality of the air was good, standard, hazardous, or anything such. Allot of talk but nothing concrete and was communicated with a professional assessment, advice or with confidence

"I did mold testing for this customer and provided a lab report, to which I added a comment about the severity of EACH (of several) MOLD(S) identified by a lab test. I did not offer an opinion of the OVERALL air quality, as the health and susceptibility of each person to mold is subjective. I advised the customer to review the lab report results with their medical services provider, who is in the best position to tell them which mold(s) will affect them and to what level."

This is the guy you want to hire, he is not a bullshitter and his rates are better then everyone else I called. (5 different places) he really knows his stuff and is very knowledgable Explains everything to you and has great customer service . ira was very thorough in his examination of our basement. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the results he found. He was very professional. He is also a home inspector and took the time to show me where all the shutoff valves are for water, gas and heat. His rates are very affordable. I would use him again, and I highly recommend him.

Ira was cordial and professional. He has practical experience and knowledge of residential energy audits. He was able to provide useful suggestions but not definitive solutions to issues. That may have been due to inaccessible interior walls. I am frustrated that a full written report that had been promised still has not been produced six weeks later.

I hired Ira (Strictly Business Inspections) to help with a radon gas test. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The process was easier and less expensive than I expected. It takes a few days and then I have to send in the samples to the testing company for final results. Ira explained it all very clearly. I would certainly hire him again and will do that if/when I need a second follow-up test.
