Kierra & her team worked tirelessly with my home warranty company, so I may receive the minimum that I needed and that my unit was up to code. Dan, the on site technician, was patient and honest with all my inquiries. They never pushed a sale and were willing to work with my budget to make sure I had the better option in the long run. They gained my trust by providing me with all my options and allowing me to choose while considering my budget. Even after multiple quotes and opinions on my HVAC replacement, I choose SCM due to the staff's belief in their product and company and willingness to do the right thing.
