Very professional. Kept me informed as they were performing the work. Answered my questions during the walk around.
Strive is a trusted company, they did my driveway and less than a year the level went down again. I contact them and they come and fixed for me. I really recommend this company.
Very nice to work with. They were on time and kept the price where it was supposed to be. They leveled/ stabilized my two level pool deck. They were dog friendly so when my dogs needed to go out they would make sure gate was closed

The workers were unable to perform as advertised. Salesman and owner previewed the job and said no problem, but workers did not approach and setup the job to be performed as advertised. I chose for them not to continue, since it appeared they were making the patio issue worse, and they were not preping the job as advertised. The driveway issues are exaggerated and ugly because they have to open up the cracks in order to separate both sides of the crack from each other for leveling. One of the cracks they overshot and reversed the unevenness. I have not called them back for concern of additional damage to the driveway.
Hello Jerry, Im sorry that we missed this review on October 30th. We were not contacted about any of your issues until you emailed us today on November 11th. We were there to do your project on October 1st. Since this review was a month later and we just received an email from you today, and you paid after we completed, we had no idea there was an issue. We truly wish we would've been given the opportunity to assist you with these issues you have before you placed this review a month later. Our crew is very experienced in lifting and leveling and they prep for all jobs the same way based on what we are needing to lift. Looking at your file it looks like we deducted money from your total for the area we could not lift. As it states in our contract, Lifting is not always guaranteed but we do try to be fair and refund for areas we just cant get leveled. Sometimes during lifting we do have to cut areas away from each other in order for them to lift properly. That is simply just part of the process. We do everything we can to get things lifted and leveled the correct way. Sometimes cutting pieces free is part of that process. Again, I am very sorry that you have had these issues for so long and we were never aware of them. We pride ourselevs in our excellent customer service and always going above and beyond to make our customers happy. I have emailed you back today and we are hoping we can figure out your issues and get them resolved.
