Needed three days to get a kitchen faucet installed correctly. It was not tightened properly and took multiple phone calls to finally get someone to come out.

Ty Strom was punctual and professional. Looked at the job (replace outside water spigot) explained what needs to be done. Did the job in timely manner as he stated on the phone. Cleaned up before he left. I tried the faucet before he left. I was very satisfied with his work. I would hire him again.

Ty was very professional, wore a mask the entire time he was here. He was very personable. He had a special tool to do the work in half the time. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, going to get the parts needed, calling the water dept, completed an extra task at no extra charge. I would strongly recommend him, and plan to have him do a job at our sonâ s house.
