Strouth & Sons had a fast response time and were very helpful. They showed me what the problem was and talked me through it making me feel integrated throughout the whole project.

I signed up for the maintenance plan in June and he came out and cleaned the fan (nothing really to clean). I was also having problems with the A/C not cooling on hot days. He was going to get me an estimate to upgrade my system because he said it was underpowered. I was OK with that. He never got me an estimate and he never returned for the winter cleaning. I contacted him about it in December or January and he said that the office (his wife) would call. She never did and I have not heard from him since. The website has been taken down. I sent him an email and left him a voice mail to cancel the maintenance.

Took care of my issue at hand. However, I paid for service for the year and haven't gotten my winter service.

Workers installed new AC unit however within a couple of days water was dripping in the drain pan. Turns out that was a quick fix and he was able to come back and take care of it the next day. A few days later I was going upstairs and found the carpet was wet, I looked up and there was water leaking through the ceiling. I had to contact them again to come out and fix the problem. I was assured that they would repair the damage to my ceiling however that hasn't happened. The next contact I made was via text and again was told they would send someone to repair. Six months later and it still has not been fixed.

Strouth & Sons was very quick to reply to emails/texts etc. They were willing to come out late in the day on a Friday, in order to work with my schedule. They came out exactly as promised. I was very happy with the all around customer service and experience of working with Matt. He even found a problem that another larger company out of Lexington, NC had caused, when they sold and installed a UV Light on our system. His price was very fair and I was able to save money by agreeing to an annual contract with Matt. I finally found an HVAC company that I trust and one that appreciates my business! Highly recommend Strouth & Sons!

I called this company to do an inspection to my HVAC and it was all wrong. Ended up getting another estimate 3 days later to find out there was more wrong with my system then what they explained. Though the work was half done, I considered 2 stars because they were pleasant.

Strouth showed up when they said they would, they were professional, intelligent and did an excellent excellent job! I highly recommend them!

Got a call back within minutes,MATTHEW came and told me just what my issue was, he got to work and fixed my problem,I had someone look at my unit before and they weren't much help at all,the price was unbelievable ,I will be using "STROUTH & SONS AGAIN,THANKS AGAIN **11 STARS.**

Super nice and seemed very honest. the part did take forever to get here (but not their fault). I would have liked a little more communication letting me know that. But in the end it got fixed and all is well!
