"Mr. Jerry North, You were not forthright with critical information regarding the extent of the 8ft deep pits. It was not until 3 weeks later that your foam mat supplier disclosed the proposed extent of the pits; they were to extend the full width of the metal building and were located all along the end wall or building perimeter. As a result, the actual extent of the pits was significantly greater than you initially mentioned and upon which I based the proposed scope services and fee. Simply put, you were NOT honest. It was because of the deceptive manner in which you offered critical design information, compounded by your belligerent, disrespectful tone and threats to cause me physical harm, that I decided not to work with you."
