Business Overview

Community Involvement

SEoT Engineering provided free foundation design service for the River Crossing Guadalupe Community River Park.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because At a relatively young age I was introduced into the construction business, and have always admired and been fascinated with the art of engineering design. My great grandfather opened the first building materials store in Laredo, Texas (Leyendecker Lumber), and my grandfather started (Leyendecker Construction), also in Laredo, so when I entered college I pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization in structures. I have significant design experience, working in a broad range of industries throughout the United States, and overseas. Proven analytical and design expertise using all major construction materials, including heavy steel, light gauge steel, dimensional lumber, engineering wood, conventionally reinforced concrete, post-tension concrete, pre-stressed concrete, CMU, castellated steel beams, composite steel design, open bar joists and more..

We started in this industry in 1995.

We describe our business as Up and coming

Gilbert Leyendecker performed a structural inspection of my home as requested by my mortgage company for the purpose of a refinance. He showed up earlier than scheduled...in the rain. Got to work and did a thorough job. Talked me through everything he did and finished the inspection. The man is truly a professional and I would highly recommend using his company if you have a need for their type of service.
