We hired the owner to complete a set of concrete drawings for a building project of ours. After leading us on for more than two months, as we are getting ready to pour concrete he stated he could not complete the project and we were not worth his time. We had provided him with drawings from General Steel (a national company) and he was unable to finish the project, and rudely projected the blame back on us as the paying customers. Having been in business ourselves for 18 years, this treatment is unacceptable in our book. We have been waiting on his work to start the next phase and now he has washed his hands of it leaving us scrambling to find someone new. We would not recommend using this company!

"Mr. Jerry North, You were not forthright with critical information regarding the extent of the 8ft deep pits. It was not until 3 weeks later that your foam mat supplier disclosed the proposed extent of the pits; they were to extend the full width of the metal building and were located all along the end wall or building perimeter. As a result, the actual extent of the pits was significantly greater than you initially mentioned and upon which I based the proposed scope services and fee. Simply put, you were NOT honest. It was because of the deceptive manner in which you offered critical design information, compounded by your belligerent, disrespectful tone and threats to cause me physical harm, that I decided not to work with you."

Gilbert Leyendecker performed a structural inspection of my home as requested by my mortgage company for the purpose of a refinance. He showed up earlier than scheduled...in the rain. Got to work and did a thorough job. Talked me through everything he did and finished the inspection. The man is truly a professional and I would highly recommend using his company if you have a need for their type of service.

Excellent communicator, very personable and knows his business! He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some valuable help and suggestions for our project.
