I had a few contractors come out to give me a quote on opening a load bearing wall and adding a beam. Jose at Structual prime builders had the best price and started in a couple days. They completed the job in about 4 hours which included demo of the wall and installing an 18â lvl beam. Would hire them again!

Stop looking for another contractor! Jose and his team are honest, reasonably priced, and do excellent work. They were flexible with our schedule. They were on time. They worked very hard. Jose and his team were very responsive and paid great attention to being clean. They were flexible with our timing which is important when you have a toddler and an infant trying to take naps in the same small house that is getting worked on. The wall they added to enclose my office into a third bedroom had light hit it in such a way that minor imperfections in the taping and mudding of the drywall were exposed and they re-did it to make it right, which meant painting twice. They really took care of us and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the work. Great experience, highly recommended, and we will work them again on any future projects.
