I have a beautiful 3 story home in Lake Arrowhead and I needed to remodel the master bedroom bathroom. I had the vision and just needed someone to execute it. I originally had one contractor come out and give me a price and his estimate along with tryna pursuade me to do a kitchen remodel as well was high in my opinion. Not to mention, the fact he kept insisting I do a kitchen remodel as well just irritated me because I solely was doing things one by one. So that's when I found Jose at Structural Prime Builders. He went to my home, saw what I wanted to do and told me what needed to happen. Because I was doing a custom rainforest shower I knew I would have to pay but even with the final price, it was still couple thousand dollars less than the first contractor, very reasonable, and the quality of the work definitely shows. He is definitely the go to for home renovations, especially in the mountains area. This review was for the work he did in 2021

I had a few contractors come out to give me a quote on opening a load bearing wall and adding a beam. Jose at Structual prime builders had the best price and started in a couple days. They completed the job in about 4 hours which included demo of the wall and installing an 18â lvl beam. Would hire them again!

Stop looking for another contractor! Jose and his team are honest, reasonably priced, and do excellent work. They were flexible with our schedule. They were on time. They worked very hard. We didn't have to push them to show up or keep the project moving. Jose is easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend their services. We have a 3300 square foot home. We did a whole house remodel. We were very blessed to have found them. Our house looks like a high-end model home now. We are very pleased. We would hire them all over again. Jose and his team were very responsive and paid great attention to being clean. They were flexible with our timing which is important when you have a toddler and an infant trying to take naps in the same small house that is getting worked on. The wall they added to enclose my office into a third bedroom had light hit it in such a way that minor imperfections in the taping and mudding of the drywall were exposed and they re-did it to make it right, which meant painting twice. They really took care of us and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the work. Great experience, highly recommended, and we will work them again on any future projects.
