Scheduled a follow-up for a quote on additional work about a year and a half after the initial work. After waiting a half hour after the appointment time, I called the company. The person answering the phone thought they may have forgot and put me on hold while investigating the matter. Eventually I was hung up on. I tried to call back. Phone went to voicemail. Continued to call back for the next hour with the same result. Called back the next day. Phone was answered by their accountant, who like the first individual, did not know anything. She would investigate and asked me to call back later. On the callback, I talked to Brian, who basically told me Thermo-Guard did not do work for anything less than $3000. Interesting since no one ever showed up to give me a quote! Very unprofessional. No show on appointment. Never returned any of my phone calls. After being blown off as someone not worth their time, I cannot recommend this company!
