Structured Foundation Repairs Houston

Misled on day 1 when signed up to repair my foundation. Extremely poor communication, especially from their management. The team is 99% only Spanish speaking, except for 1 person. On arrival, they started the work without any explanation of what would take place. The foundation was repaired from inside the garage at one point in time, nothing was covered inside the garage and no attempts were made to notify us that we needed to cover items stored in our garage ourselves. While it is expected that digging is part of the repair process, no consideration was made by the team to perform a neat job. Half the front yard was coved with mud, the front flower bed completely ruined, and flowers and plants dead. While digging the soil, the team cut through wires in the ground and ruined the sprinkler system. They promised to complete the work in 3 days, instead, it took them 6 days. The team was consistently late, starting to work past 10 am every day. Some days the team never showed up without any prior communication. After repair, the soil was put back into holes in a sloppy manner, the yard was left messy. The manager refused communication at some point, leaving my emails without any reply. The supervisor of the company refused to fix the sprinkler system that the team left damaged or compensate for its repair. Overall, I do not recommend this company. I regret paying for the sloppy service, it is way overpriced for the quality of work.

Foreman, Bryant Tatum (pier and beam expert), is fantastic and extremely trustworthy -- Excellent customer service, pride in workmanship, and honest! I highly recommend this company, which stands behind their work.

John explained everything that was suppose to take place. The workers that showed up did the opposite of what we expected.There was suppose to be access to the inside of the house on day 2 of the job,but the workers took it upon themselves to raise the foundation without anyone in the house to measure the level of the floors while it was being adjusted.We changed our plans to be here to give access to the inside of the house.Turned out to be a waste of effort. They were in and out of the property in 6 hours on day 1. Which leaves the question did we get what we paid for?

Structured Foundation thoroughly explained the process of their work which really differentiated themselves from the others. Plus, they offered a lifetime transferable warranty, a certified engineer report when the work was done and a plumbing test (the last two were not offered with the competitors proposals). The crew showed up on time and were very pleasant. The work was completed on time. Structured Foundation proposed the most comprehensive service for less money than the competition...and they delivered. Very pleased and would highly recommend them. Trust is critical and you can trust them.

Brandon worked with me the whole time, he was straight forward, and the quality of work was outstanding. They dug up a huge part of my yard, and when they were done it look as if they were never there.
