"We offer a full refund amount for the service call. these people have one employee.The issue was correctly diagnosed and tried to save customer money by not buying parts that are not needed. Thus employee stayed in town an extra hour to see if problem persisted. which he did return. There is no secretery standing by to inform customers of any issues as this. Agian a refund was can be offered. If there was an issue speak up say something. Many more jobs upcoming after this week and many more to come. We offer a refund for situations like this."
