These gentlemen did a great job and were true professionals. I even made a last minute change to the agreed work, and they stepped up and took care of it in addition to the original scope of work. Thank you for a great job

First, they are affordable. They need to make a profit (who doesn't?) but they don't make you feel like you've been a victim of highway robbery. Second, they are happy to answer any questions and explain any delays (in my case progress was slowed by a dangerous heat wave, rain, and waiting for the permit - all things beyond their control). Third: they leave your property as close to how they left it as possible rather than leaving you a problem to deal with: making sure that they didn't leave gullies along my driveway and planting grass seed, for example, even though they are not landscapers. Of course, all this would be pointless if they didn't do a good job - and they do a fantastic job. If there is a problem, they will make it right. A small section of siding was accidentally melted by the steam of a saw, but they immediately let me know and apologized for it (rather than allow me to discover it much later and wonder what happened) and when provided the siding (I had some left over), they fixed it - again - rather than leaving it to me to fix.
