Gas Piping
Poor communication, rude office staff. I?ve paid in full for a gas issue and it?s still not resolved. I regret using them.

Jeff is my electrician from Stuart’s Services, he is knowledgeable and efficient does exactly what I ask for and explains everything well. I have an old house and he has advised me what needs to be replaced Look no further Jeffery is the person to call I highly recommend him. VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A GOOD ELECTRICIAN. Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Charged $3000 for 5 hr. Work destroyed floor insulation and left a mess. Will never hire them again! Now I will have to pay someone to replace floor insulation.

"The customer was given a guaranteed price up front which he signed off on and accepted. The invoice he signed also stated that we would not be responsible for insulation, sheet rock etc. being removed to install the work. We had 2 technicians on the job for more than 8 hrs. not including travel time. The customer also signed off on the completed work as being satisfactory. Our Service Manager received no complaints from this customer which was complete January 19th. If the customer would have called us for a complaint or mentioned any issues when the job was complete we would have been happy to address them."

They were quick and efficient in the work they did. They do, however, run on "New Orleans time" when they give you a time that they will arrive to give the estimate and begin the job.

They were very courteous and friendly and when they said they would be there they showed up at that time. It was easy to make an appointment, even if I needed them to do the install the next day. The two guys that came out were very professional and they picked everything up when they were finished.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Scheduled Mr. Eddie, he came out at scheduled time,(he had been out before for an assessment to check Water heater leak and move Washer & Dryer) He found the leak, repaired. Once I returned home and saw the completed work all I could say was WOW!!! ! I noticed also that he and Craig were very careful with my floors, putting down work mats as not to damage...everything was cleaned up nicely .Will definately use again...Everyone involved was very professional and courteous...and made sure that we knew "the Customer is always right"...great attitude...that's why we keep coming back to Stuart!!!

The gentleman came into my home and showed serveral options I coukld take in order to repair or replace the air condition system of my house. Which in turn made it easier to choose them to do the work. The worked hard at doing the job to an excellent standard, made sure the unit was installed properly and charged correctly. He also took his time to explain what he was doing and need to do which gave me confidence in his work. Air condition problems, call Staurt Services and your problems will be gone.
