Stuart was able to quickly diagnose the problem, a leak in the refrigerator. The part had been discontinued, but he found a source for the part. We are waiting for the part to arrive and he will install it. His pricing was fair. The fee to come out and check things out will be deducted from the final bill.

Stuart came same day/evening to assess why my open door alarm was continuing to go off. The whirlpool French door refrigerator freezer door was not closing tight. Warm air was getting in and all the freezer food crystallized. Charged $90 service fee, stated all work guaranteed but the issue has not been fixed. Talked a good talk. Satisfaction is zero.

Stuart is very knowledgeable, totally honest and a genuine good human being. His good personality is contagious! He had the water line fixed thatâ s attached to our water dispenser on our Whirlpool Side-by-Side Refrigerator, in no time. Since he didnâ t have to supply the part, he only charged for his very reasonable service fee. Future customers, if you are looking for almost the last honest repairman that Iâ ve met in over 29 years, this guy is that man! I hope I wonâ t have any more appliance repairs but if I do, I will call Stuart. You can truly trust this man!

He arrived within the two hour window as promised. Stuart did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple cause of our dishwasher problem.. In the end he recommended the dishwasher be replaced rather than repaired. Since he does not sell appliances, I can truly say he puts the customer first.

Stuart came out the day I called when no one else would. Our refrigerator was located in our motorhome and no one wanted to work on it even though it was a residential refrigerator. He even called the next day to make sure it was working. Now thatâ s customer service

Stuart called immediately after he got the referral and I received same day service! He arrived on time, assessed the problem with my top load washer and ordered the part. He communicated well throughout the process, as there was a delay due to inventory shortage/stock part. The part came in around 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and he called and came by and installed /fixed my washer the same day! I thought I'd have to wait through the weekend! All that to say, he is thorough, conscientious about his work and is fair priced. I would rehire!
