Very nice and professional. Showed up on time for appointment. Very thorough with creating a design for our basement finishing project that incorporated both myself and my husband's list of "wants". Will use Studio3 again in the future should the need arrise.

Timely, professional service gave us excellent feedback. His input let us know that an addition was not really feasible for this property. We would not recoup out investment given our plans for moving in a couple of years

Studio 3 completely under estimated the project and was WAY over budget. Very unorginized with crews and work. Will not recommend Studio 3!!!

"This rating and review was not given by the homeowners that we completed the work for, which both the owners and Studio3 considered a successful project. This review was given by the realtor that found us on this system that recommended us for the job and then used this rating system to try and coerce us into giving him kickbacks for the recommendation, which we found to be completely unethical."

Studio 3 Design owner Ian Jones was a life-saver for our project. We had initially hired a different contractor to build, but it was a horrendous mistake. Ian and his crew absolutely made lemonade from the sourest lemons you'd imagine. You can trust him.
