They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Stuller customer service is exceptional always making sure were were kept up to date on the status of our purchase and installl. "Thare the best". Have been with Stuller for 2 years since the bad black out in Decemeber 2017 when it took over a week to restore electricity to western Henderson County in NC. They were so swamped with calls. Once installed, the generator has worked perfectly. Zero problems. Excellent routine maintenance. When Brody was here today after replacing oil, he wiped the exterior case so thoroughly looks like factory new. Know he truly cares about service. I wish him and Brian Stuller the best.
