The provider came promptly, was personable, did the job, but surprisingly did not investigate for buried cables or power lines. I even showed him the orange Xfinity cable and said, Be careful, and yet he still shredded the cable. Minutes later ripped through the 100-foot power line as well. Discovered this later in the day, sent him a text, and he replied with an excuse. I decided instead of arguing, I would file with the small claims court, which I did. He never showed up in court. I hired a private investigator who did some work, but ultimately never served the summons properly. This would be the second attempt and court date, but no success. I have hard copies of my text with Stump Daddy, as well as all correspondence with the court system and with the private investigator. I also have a hard copy of an estimate for the repair of the electrical line, by the same company that installed it just a few weeks prior. Between the costs of the repair, courts, and private investigator, over $2,653.00, I am in the hole.

Austin took out about 10 stumps of varying sizes at our house. He said what he would do and did what he said. Work was top notch. His equipment was relatively quiet, and he took the stumps down well below ground level. When he was done, he smoothed out the yard and cleaned the site. All at a very reasonable price. It doesn't get any better! This is the guy you want doing your stump removal.
