Very Disappointed in Service and Follow up with Damage to our Punctured Septic Line and additional Damage to our Exterior Deck and damaged interior mill-work inside out Cabin from a witnessed large log rolling downhill colliding into our house. Their poor attempt top cover up the damage was most obvious Calling Dan Gilbert who offered via TEXT and phone conversations to reimburse us for our documented expenses which were followed with excuses of payment delay and false promises. Moving to EM, TEXT and Voice Mail - our recent attempts to contact Dan at Stumptown Tree Service LLC for settlement are falling on deft ears.

Another tree service quoted a 4 man crew 16 hours. Stumptown took 2 people 8 hours. The project was sucessfully completed. They were able to do the work. The job required precision trimming over an eave which was done very professionally. I would use them again.

Dan was very professional and his communication with me through the whole process from the bid to the removal was exemplary. He was very responsive even on the weekend. The crew that came out did a great job in a timely manner. I have a huge corkscrew willow tree in my backyard and they made quick work of it. I liked there work so much I'm going to get a quote on other projects I need done. Thanks to Dan and his crew! As mentioned above I asked them to come out and take a look at another project and they did as good a job the second time as they did the first. Dan and his crews are very professional and they clean yp after the job is complete. If I ever need this type of service in the future Stumptown will be my first call. Tony

"We are sorry you had a bad experience, we are regretful that you did not contact us to express the concerns you had so we could try to remedy any issues! This was Obviously a communication error on both ends! We finished the job to the best of our ability. You did not reach out to us until we emailed a new invoice a couple days after the job was finished, we could not trim the tree on fence all the way up like you wanted, as it would be a danger to you and neighbors.. Please contact our owner to speak in person, as text and email correspondence can me interpreted wrongly. Again we would like to at least have the chance to fix any issues that may have arose, that was not brought to our attention to fix. Thank you for your review, we hope to solve this in a timely manner!"

They communicated with me about the project, showed up on time, and completed the job as requested. Once done, they cleaned up and hauled it all away. I would use them again. Great job!

Dan made an appointment for a certain day never showed up. called two weeks later and said he was coming out in two days. We were in the process of looking for someone else, but we used him anyway.
