Our pool was horrible after hurricane eta hit our house and Scott came out and in one day, got our pool basically back to normal and did it at a very reasonable price!
Stu arrived late, unprepared, and did not even know the size of the pool that we had. Stu showed up by himself with a shovel. This job consisted of not only putting up a 15 above ground pool but also required the pool to be placed 2 ft in the ground. You do not bring a shovel. After he finally located a backhoe, he asked my neighbors to borrow their truck. Day 2 Stu showed up late, he also brought his wife. They were sitting down looking online for instructions on how to install a pool. We paid Stu 1,000.00 and asked them to leave. He demanded that I pay him an additional 450.00, again we asked him to leave, and he took the pool filter that we had purchased from him. He is not licensed, and his behavior was very inappropriate. Beware.
This customer agreed on a price. Changed how they wanted to be built. Knew nothing about equipment operation. Did not provide assembly instructions each is different. Received equipment at my cost than did not want to pay for it. The filter was returned in lue of payment. Two days of labor not covered by partial payment and equipment return. Total bad experience for us both. The customer insisted they never requested my service from HomeAdvisor.
