First let me start with saying the quality of the work is great. I have used Olga before and had a great experience. With that being said the timing and scheduling were not great all. My condo is 680sf and it took Olga's team 3 1/2 weeks to demo, install and stain my floors. There were several days of the crew being a no show or showing up late. I received several excuses of why the crew was a now show / being late from a emergency at another client to they are working on other project.

The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon.

We contacted Olga to have our floors resurfaced. It was a positive experience. Our floors now look brand new. We would definitely recommend her company. The crew was very professional.

We relocated to the Atlanta area and contracted with Style Floors Design prior to moving to our new home. They provided new installation of wood floors in several rooms and sanded existing floors. Much of the work took place prior to moving in the area. We were absolutely satisfied with the work, the customer relations and the follow up with concerns. The work was well done and the house was spotless when we arrived. They were professional and it was evident that the workers took pride in their work. Our floors are beautiful. We would highly recommend Style Floors Design.

Style floors have exceeded my expectations...They are very professional and informative. I would request customers to plan properly and allocate slightly more time for them to finish their work.

Sales woman was very professional and we loved working with her. Would hire her again. BUT, The workmen who did the job was obviously rushed and had to come back 2x to get it right. But, they were very pleasant to work with.

Great work quality, but somewhat difficult to schedule. You really need to stay on top of them or you'll keep getting rescheduled.

The men who laid the floors were hard-working professionals. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Their customer service is awesome. We have beautiful floors and I would highly recommend this company.

Style Floors repaired the wood under my refrigerator and installed new wood on my stairs and did excellent work. Matches existing kitchen floors and improved the overall look of the staircase moving from carpet to wood.

Resurface, replaced boards, repair, Stain and high gloss coating. Very professional, very much about business, very reasonable prices, on time completion. Highly satisfied, highly recommended. Will hire her again, oh and she was very nice.

They were the most professional group I have had in my house so far. They covered most of the surrounding area to prevent any dust, they moved the furniture, and they did a great job on my floor. Actually, I had 3 different contractors tell me that what I had down on my floor was "engineered wood." Olga was the first one who said "no, this is hardwood, and I can match the new area with what you have." She gave me the best price and her group did a wonderful job with it. I am doing my job in three stages, and we have just completed the first stage. I am looking forward to the second stage which will be completed next week. So far, I would not hesitate to hire her again!!!

Great team to work with -- very professional leader (Olga) and two pros who installed the floors. We did this project over the holidays and everything was finished on time, despite some unpredictable issues with our floors. Looking forward to finishing the second half of our house with Olga and company over the summer!

I had a very small space in my home where the wood floor was damaged. Olga came out in a timely fashion and gave me her recommendation about how to handle the problem. I decided to go with her company and was so glad I did. The job was done exactly when they said it would be, the hardwood matched the other flooring exactly, and the workers were clean, efficient and professional. I would recommend Style Floor to everyone. I had received several estimates and Style was the most affordable, provided the most comprehensive work, and Olga was super easy to work with.
