Style Exteriors tore off and replaced all of our vinyl siding and wrapped our windows with white aluminum. The estimate was fair and included everything we needed. Their workers did a wonderful job. Our house looks like new. We have had many compliments on how great it looks now. They were very easy to work with as far as the scheduling. Eric Bergland was in charge of the job and made sure we were happy with the work. We did have a couple of concerns and he immediately took care of them. He was at our house almost all day making sure things were done right. Jose and his crew were awesome as far as the work and clean up. Before it was white, Now it’s a beautiful dark blue. We would definitely use Style Exteriors again in the future. Thanks Style, Ken and Susanne

Our roof was purchased in 2014. Ever since they removed the ventilation system that was in place when they house was built and put in their ridge vent system. Our attic has been creating so much condensation that mold has formed and water has leaked in every room on our second floor. Style Exteriors has came to my house every winter since 2014 and infact, admitted that its a ventilation issue and will not replace the ventilation system that they installed. When then updated the roof and ridge vent they nailed closed the ridge vent so the air flow cannot properly get out. Causing it to just remain in the attic. We had several different contractors out for their professional opinions, stating it is in fact the ridge vent that they installed. Style Exteriors will not replace it even though it came with a 10 year warranty, which is on their website. Would not recommend this company at al!!l Stay far, far away. They have cost us thousands of dollars in mold removal, painting, drywall replacement, along with purchasing a new ventilation system with another company, due to their poor quality Ridge vent and lack of workman ship when installed.

Work was done in 2015, so this review is based on how well the project has held up. Overall I'm dissatisfied and would not recommend using Carden for the following reasons: (1) They were supposed to install diverters on the gutters, but didn't, so I'm now seeing additional wood rot where water is not supposed to go. (2) Gutters have leaked since day one, and the water is getting behind the gutters causing wood rot. (3) Gutters were not installed flush to the soffit, so bees got behind, burrowed into the wood and caused other problems. (4) The alignment of the shingles is not straight. I see this and cringe every day. (5) They left gaps between the shingles and the roof line, so squirrels have gotten into the attic. (6) During the install, they left a mess each day. For months after the job was completed, I found trash from the job that I cleaned up. (7) The granules on the shingles are shedding, so I need to continually clean the gutters to keep water flowing. Note: these are supposed to be 50-year shingles. I doubt they'll last that long. (8) It appears like the shingles are starting to warp and lift.

Carden Exteriors replaced the roof on my house and did an excellent job. Tom Carden was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions. His crew tore off my old roof and replaced it in about six hours and left the jobsite extremely clean. Their pricing is very competitive and my roof looks wonderful! I highly recommend Carden Exteriors and would definitely use them again for other projects.
