SU Modern Remodeling

They are very efficient and did a wonderful job replacing our roof. We are very satisfied with the job they performed and the look of our roof. They communicated well with the progress of the job as it was raining the day of the initial installation . They are punctual and do other remodeling as well.

This one of the only contractors that I talked with that were willing to work on a three story townhouse roof. And I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and timeliness. They re-shingled the roof at a very reasonable price which was much lower than their next competitor, and offered to do some needed exterior painting that was also lower than the bid I had received. The roof is guaranteed for 30 years. I would not hesitate to hire them for other contracting jobs I have in mind.

Enjoyed being allowed to help

They were fast and efficient Barnett Circle neighbors notice how quickly they accomplish their task.

Professional and courteous. They took on a difficult job and did outstanding work.

I would definitely recommend this company. I asked around locally first and was in contact with a couple of contractors. Two scheduled a time to come out to look at the job but never showed up. When I received a call from Santos I was skeptical that they would also not show up but they did and on time. The same day gave us a quote and began the work. Came back the next day and completed the job and also gave us a card to call if we have any further issues. Fantastic business. If you need roofing help call them. You will be happy with the results.

Response was immediate and showed up and stated working to replace shingles that same afternoon. Pleasant and professional and price very fair! Would highly suggest them to complete job needed. Their singing was an added bonus for the day! Nice to see someone enjoying life and their job in some very trying times. Thank you! Janice S.

Immediate response. Called while still on Home Advisor site. Did the job a few hours later. Price was reasonable.

its been three weeks since job was started, still not finished . should have taken two - three days max. Payment was made on day one

They were a great company to work with. They were very efficient and timely. They finished everything in one day. We've had the roof on now for about a year with no problems. Their quality of work and their work ethic was amazing! The clean up was amazing as well and they made sure not damage any of our landscaping!
