The only thing worse than Subcommâ s workmanship is their customer service. We had them build our pool in 2019 and every summer there are countless issues, rendering the pool unusable for large portions of time. They also leave trash and spilled chemicals in our yard when they do service visits. The person who answers their phone is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Subcomm was one of the less expensive options when we were looking to build our poolâ I wish we had spent a little more money to work with a company that would have had better workmanship and service. I definitely would not recommend Subcommâ s services to anyone.

I previously had my pool opened and closed by the company that installed it-an inground saltwater, fiberglass pool. Once opened, I had to clean the pool for multiple days before I could use it. I needed to find a company that would provide regular cleaning service throughout the season and was I fortunate to have selected Subcomm. Once they opened the pool they stayed and cleaned the pool and returned a few days later to make certain everything was successful.They are punctual, responsive and provide an excellent job of keeping my pool clean. I am beyond thrilled that I was fortunate enough to find a company that provides excellent customer service. I have absolutely nothing to worry about.

I shopped around and they were the least expensive. They did excellent work. Their customer service was above and beyond. I was very indecisive with picking my tile and they were patient and helpful. We have since used them to close our pool and have scheduled them to open. We have saved over $150 on each from the company we have used for the past 12 years.

We are extremely happy owners of a brand new swimming pool. Thank you Subcomm for the great experience! We had three companies come out to our house to draw up plans and give us estimates. We picked the one that we thought would do the best job and gave us the best design and prices. Our designer was very efficient, thorough, and answered our questions, and the project manager went way out of his way to make sure we were happy. Every single person we dealt with was excellent, friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to the fun family time we can enjoy in and around the pool.

They were Professional and provided prompt service. They were in and out. Other pool services took all afternoon (4-5 hrs) to close my pool. Not Subcomm, 1:30 - 2 hrs max, and they were done. I would highly recommend Subcomm to open and close your pool.

Great job cheeper than pool company I have used for !5 years

They were very prompt. We were between tenants and unable to get to our home to take care of the pool. Subcomm responded with an variety of options to meet our needs.
