I have been using Koldaire for over 20 years. Gene did multiple repairs on a very old system until it was finally time to install a new one. He really knows air conditioning and his crew is very efficient. Thanks for coming early this morning and getting us up and running!

Fixed repair in a cost-effective manner. However, workers arrived with incorrect part, had to leave twice to get parts, and then accidentally broke the light switch for the attic, and accidentally left the heater off (not one that they worked on) and unplugged the house alarm.

Gene provided a very complete scenarios for low cost to higher quality cost options. He provided good explanations of his products and complemented it with brochures. He initally diagnosed the problem very well and voluntarily provided an electrical analysis of my circuit breaker and saved me some money on an electrician. I was very satisfied overall with the job he did and service he provided, I just wished he had cleaned up the mud he tracked all over.

Excellent response time. Installed it the day I called. Down side is that they started abput 5pm and didn't finish till 12:30am. They worked hard; but went a lot longer than they had estimated.

Wow..! I received a call from Koldaire a mere 5 minutes after visiting ServiceMagic. We discussed the simple job I wanted done, and he came out on that very same day--a Sunday--and completed it within an hour or so. Very friendly and thorough, GREAT service!

Very professional service, excellent job with the entire heating/coil replacement. They brought in floor covers to prevent any debris from getting everywhere, cleaned the area in the closet before replacing the floor, and installing the components. Also, upgraded my thermostat for free to a digital touch screen display. They took their time to make sure everything was working and in order several times before leaving.
