Bill from Superb Home Services, LLC is a polite older man. Bill reported an hour and a half early to my mother' home. I did not like that too much as I was not prepared for company just yet. Instead of showing up at 0900 as agreed upon the day before, Bill showed up at 0730. Nevertheless, I showed Bill the repairs my mother wanted committed. Bill put his hand through a dent in the wall, creating more damage by graduating the dent in the wall into a hole in the wall. After showing Bill two other locations in the home that needed repair and after explaining to Bill what my mother wanted done and the time deadlines I was working with, Bill asked to leave so he could check his warehouse in order to see if any materials needed to be purchased so he could figure out if he could do the job or not. Over an hour after Bill left my mother's home Bill texted me. The quote I was presented by Bill via text message wasn't really professional or well itemized as much as it seemed spit balled. When I expressed to Bill that I wanted my repair to look perfect when he was done, Bill decided to bow out by saying, "There's no such thing as perfect on repairs sir." The companies name says they are Superb Home Services. I suppose they are, unless you have standards and deadlines apparently. As I stated earlier, I liked Bill but professionalism seemed to be missing. Ultimately I committed the repairs myself for less than 1/3 of the quote. We all need to work and no one works for free but when you ask for the basic things and they're already overwhelmed, it's better to move on. I would not recommend Superb Home Services, LLC based upon this review.

The repairman was very skilled. But, the labor cost more than the door! If the labor would have been cheaper, I would have been very pleased.

Arrived on time and cleaned up job was done.

Bill spent a lot of time in and out of my house tracking debris and wasting a lot of time which prolong the completion of the job. A 3 day job lasted 7 days and still did not complete the work. He took on other jobs without completing mine. Quality of work done on my patio was very poor. Also power washing was not done well.

Bill was very personable and easy to work with. He went above and beyond.

Good contractor, good work at a fair price...but be patient. He is no spring chicken and takes awhile.

Do not hire this handyman, very pricey pricey, slow, can get a attitude when question about time to finish the jobs, I would not hire him again.

Pros: contacted me quickly, pleasant man, the 1st coat looked REALLY good, sounded like he knew what he was talking about, left the area where he performed his work clean Cons: * Showed up 2 hours after agreed time * Arrived on the phone * Played loud music ��� left a nick and marks on the garage wall around the are where he placed his music speaker * Walked into my house a few times without a courtesy knock * Told me it would not kill me if I missed my church event later that evening (which I missed) * Took a 1 hour break before putting the 1st paint coat on * Smudged the paint on the door after attaching it back to the hinges * Put on a sloppy 2nd coat (while the door was hung) ��� - 2nd coat looks grainy and thick - there are smudges in the paint - left paint on the glass - sloppy paint around the peep hole - nicks toward the bottom of the door - left paint on the door sweep - left paint on the hardware * Started an electrical fire in my front foyer with his equipment * Left what seems like a coat of paint on the paint can I have photos if needed. I did not make him aware of the cons, I was frustrated/unhappy and ready for this experience to end. This job lasted from 11 am to 7ish p.m.. I unfortunately will not be using his services again (not even to fix this job). This is not how I expected this experience to go. I wish I would have had the experience the other positive reviewers had. Those reviews helped me make the decision to use this service.

Arrived promptly, cleaned up before leaving, and put the space back to right.

Great work. Installed drywall, insulation, base board and crown molding on a wall and repaired wall frame. Repaired drywall on ceiling and painted room. He is coming back to repair sliding door in bathroom.

He is a nice guy, but we paid too much for the work done.

Bill was prompt and finished the repair of a ceiling in two days. Most of the "delay" was waiting for the mud to dry between applications. I am in the process of hiring for a string of smaller jobs for next week.

He retuned my call immediately fixed my gate the next day

Excellent work on my project; explained the repairs needed and suggested improvements; prompt and courteous; very fair price for the project.

I did find a minor imperfection in work performed.At this time I have not contacted contractor to repair this flaw in labor.Will follow up after contact.

Handyman was prompt and explained in detail what needed to be done.

Quality of work is good as long as you are not in a hurry.

Just put price of the project in writing before agreeing on the job.

Started work the same day I called, and finished the following day. He did a good job repairing my gate.

Although Bill has done attic ladders before, I don't think he has installed this type or model. But, he did a good job that I am happy with.

Superb did a nice job cleaning our gutters.

I would not hire Bill Peterson again (not to paint my dog for the outside). He did a poor job and he paint a door that was not to be painted and didn't paint the shelves that were seen (no door on them). He then tried to charge me for painter tape and drop clothes and misc stuff. Don't recommend him for anything.

He was very prompt. He spaced boards wider than I've ever seen them, more than I'm comfortable with. He removed a hose quick connect during the work and didn't return it or reimburse me.
