A big emergency came up from a city project and Suburban Sewer & Septic called and asked very nicely if we could reschedule my appointment for another day. Since my work was not something that was needed that day, I was happy to reschedule. In my line of work emergencies come up a lot and wish more people would be understanding that priority issues do come up. It's not always about them (those waiting for service).

Did a great job of finding and repairing several main sewer line breaks and were here and done in less than 5 hrs. Kept me posted on what was found due to tree roots. Will hire again for any future projects.
