Sublime was the first to respond so I hired him. Lowell is the owner and he was not here at the agreed appointment time, so I gave him 15 minutes but still had not heard from him. I called and he said he had a busy morning,, etc etc....He came about 1/2 later. He spent about 20 mins with me but said I needed another piece for my above ground vacuum. He said the part would probably be in the next day. I gave him 2 days and he never responded. I called and he said non of his distributors carried it. I told him that I saw on YouTube that this is a common problem with Intex above ground vacuums, even sent him a few links. Again I did not hear from him for two more days. I finally sent one asking if I should find someone else and he replied that if I could find the piece, he would be happy to come and get the pool cleaned. I called Intex and found out what was needed. I sent him a photo of the piece and told him Ace Hardware had it for $2.49 and asked if I should get it. NO REPLY. Horrible customer service, horrible communication. I will be starting from scratch and a week later, I still cannot use my pool.

Lowell is a stand up guy who has done great work on my pools for over 5 years. He is very reasonably priced for what he does, I never have to worry about my pool and keeps me updated on the status of the equipment and is quick to ensure everything is in working condition as quickly as possible.

Lowell has performed regular maintenance and cleaning for our pool as well as various repairs on water leveler, leaks, etc. We are very happy with his work. Our pool always looks amazing!
