We had the company replace our driveway early November 2023. Less than one month after the project was completed, the surface rocks began peeling off due to low-quality materials or insufficient compaction. A few holes appeared after the winter, and the peeling rocks left the surface uneven. Some areas are so fragile that you can peel off the rocks with fingers. The company refuses to honor the two-year labor and materials warranty and is asking for additional payment to lay another thin layer of asphalt.

The owners are a pleasure to work with and they do great paving install and repair.

Hired Suburban to install a gravel driveway. They did the job on time and within budget. The owner is very accommodating and even said he would come back in the Spring to adjust any spots that needed it for no extra charge.

Had roads paving done in a private community which was a pretty large area and the potholes were ridiculous. Suburban measured the area and priced it, including the the potholes.
