We are a full service heating and cooling company we do not sell parts wholesale. We buy them directly from the manufacturer not on some cheesy website. This person not only did not know what was wrong with their furnace and we had to properly diagnose it and we had the part on our truck and his bill was $165 including the service call fee and the diagnostics which is extremely fair across-the-board with other full service companies. I do not think we need to apologize for not being a company that drives around for free, telling people what is wrong for their furnace for free and sell parts below wholesale. What do you think?

This was all new to me and I was nervous about this whole project but it had to be done. Jim explained everything, showed me things while explaining and was very nice. Jim and his 2 helpers worked hard to install both furnace AND air conditioner and had it done by the end of the day. It was a great experience and I wish I would have done it sooner. Suburban Comfort and Jim are great- so glad I found them.
