Well knowledged. We had to replace a 32 year old furnace that went out on New Yearâ s Day. Jim came out ASAP and assessed the problem. Of course being 32 years old was part of the problem. Suburban Comfort was out the next day bright and early to replace old Betsy.We couldnâ t be more satisfied

our 20+ year old gas furnace went out and was a clear safety hazard. Jim came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem and he and a crew had a new unit in our attic and running by Monday evening - it was not an easy install, but they got it done and stayed at their very reasonable quote. Very helpful in explaining the new system, the interface to the old-but-still-working AC unit. Very professional.

"It is important for customers to understand that us in the service industry we can't always give an exact time. We give a projected window and if we think we're going to run later than that window, then we will have to call as we did for this customer. We called 1 hr. before the two-hour window was to expire and gave him an updated E.T.A. which was just 28 min out of his original window. Not only was this gentleman extreme rude, but he was just not understanding to that the repair prior to his took longer. Even when we explained that we cannot just leave in the middle of a repair, without ensuring the current customer is complete and that they ha"

In these times where most of us are afraid to have people come in and give estimates, I would HIGHLY recommend this Company. "We are a full service heating and cooling company we do not sell parts wholesale. We buy them directly from the manufacturer not on some cheesy website. This person not only did not know what was wrong with their furnace and we had to properly diagnose it and we had the part on our truck and his bill was $165 including the service call fee and the diagnostics which is extremely fair across-the-board with other full service companies. I do not think we need to apologize for not being a company that drives around for free, telling people what is wrong for their furnace for free and sell parts below wholesale. What do you think?"

This was all new to me and I was nervous about this whole project but it had to be done. Jim explained everything, showed me things while explaining and was very nice. Jim and his 2 helpers worked hard to install both furnace AND air conditioner and had it done by the end of the day. It was a great experience and I wish I would have done it sooner. Suburban Comfort and Jim are great- so glad I found them.

After adding feon to my system, they did not bleed off the air in the lines. I called about this and they returned. It improved but is not right yet. Tech said sorry for the way is starts, meaning the cooler unit outside. It vibrates the house now.

This was my first time using Home Advisor, and they found me a winner! Jim was friendly, very informative, and quickly had my AC up and running. Suburban Comfort was able to fit me sooner than I anticipated for a non-emergency (although after Jim explained the situation, I think it was a more urgent fix than I thought. . .). Communication, both through the Home Advisor site and calls/texts was plentiful. My AC unit needed several new parts, and Jim had them all in his truck, so he could do the repair right then. He also warrantied this work and the parts for two years. He did not try to sell me on a new AC, even though he discovered mine is from 1994.
