Spray Foam Insulation Installation

They insulated my house several months ago. The day they finished, they told me they would e-mail a spec sheet detailing the foam they used. They never did. I tried numerous times to contact them by their office phone, personal phone, website, and e-mail, no response. The first snow this season showed areas that did not seem to be insulated. I tried every method I can think of to get in touch with this company about this new issue. When I left my messages I told them I was going to give them a bad review, and asked them to please contact me. That has been two weeks ago. No response. Once they are paid, they disappear.
