We hired Rob as home buyers and I can say he is a phenomenal inspector and a wonderful person! He was responsive, professional, friendly, and very thorough. As a first time home buyer and an anxious person, I had lots of questions and concerns about the process. Rob was very respectful and kind to explain everything to me and provide helpful recommendations for how to maintain the house. He clearly stated what his prices were upfront, and those were the prices we ended up paying. His prices are also very fair! Additionally, I could really tell that Rob took the ethics of his job seriously, cared about our safety, and wasn't trying to sell us anything. Rob is also very qualified! He has experience as a tradesman, many certifications, and continues to attend meetings to update his knowledge. Oh, and Rob's reports are amazingly detailed and accessible! Honestly, I had a wonderful experience at the inspection and it was fun! I learned so much about how homes work and what to look out for and it was lovely to chat along the way. I 100% recommend working with Rob from Suburban Home Inspections!

Very thorough, and detailed.

Rob was very thorough and professional even with the level of disarray the house was in. We know the house had some issues but with what Rob found it told us that there were many more problems deeper then we had imagined. It always stinks to spend money on something you don't buy but I'm glad Rob helped us make the right decision and found what was needed to ensure we didn't get in over our heads. I will be hiring him for the next house we find.

Our Home Inspector Rob was very professional and thorough. He did general, radon, and sewer inspections for us. Patiently answered all our questions and our parents questions, too! He was meticulous throughout the inspection, which allowed a quick turnaround to send us the detailed report with photos. Appreciated his followup and would definitely use him again.

Our Home Inspector Roberto Zorzan is beyond a doubt one of the best inspectors in the area, if not the best. His thoroughness is evident from the minute you walk around the exterior of the house with him. It continues all the way through his inspection and to the full report, you will receive after the inspection. Rob took the time to tell use what routine maintenance tasks we needed to perform and what needs to be repaired to make our house a great sell. He completely exceeded our expectations.

I was very happy with the service Rob provided. He arrived at my house a half hour before the scheduled appointment and went right to work. He was very detail oriented and noticed defects in my new house that were overlooked by the Builder. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a very detailed report with a ton of photos within 24 hours as well as several booklets Rob made himself about how to survive home inspections which will be valuable to us now as well as in the future. Talked to my neighbors who had their home inspected when it was up for sale. They had high levels of radon in their basement. Called right away.
