Joe was very nice and appeared very knowledgeable. I was ready to give a full 5 star review except what they said would happen, didn't happen. We had squirrels and mice in our attic. The squirrels were supposed to be scared out of the attic and the attic sealed up while poison was left for the mice. The attic wasn't sealed up and the squirrels ate the poison and died in my attic. The smell was terrible and when I emailed Joe I was told to call the office to arrange for him to come out. I left 2 voicemails at the office and never received a call back. Felt like once they had their money they didn't need to treat me like a customer anymore. Joe was really very nice but nice doesn't help my upstairs smelling like rotting squirrel.

Joe is very knowledgeable on the issue. He walked around all my house and inspected all the roof edges. He found the issues and recommended how to fix it. He provided very details list of what needed to fix to avoid further problem. He and his coworker came to fix the issue the next day. My husband and I really appreciated his professionalism.

They were great and got out there the same day. The tenant had locked the door so they could not get in the basement; however, they came back the next day with no extra charge. They did a really great job.
