Rick and his staff are a first class operation. Rick was personally on site daily overseeing the progress and the quality of the project. His employees are skilled craftsman who pay attention to the smallest of details. They kept the job site neat and cleaned up each and every day. They worked on some the hottest summer days you could imagine, I give them a lot of credit for their dedication. I get compliments all the time from people walking by, I even had several people knock on my door to see who did the work. I would highly recommend Suburban Windows & Roofing to anyone. I hired Suburban 30 years ago to do my roof, windows, siding and doors and they did a fantastic job that still looks good. I then hired them again 5 years ago to do my siding and windows in the house I currently live in. I recently called about a problem I was having on a gutter and Rick responded quickly and came out a couple of days later to take a look. He climbed up a ladder and saw my gutters were clogged and cleaned them out for me. It was my gutter cleaner who said it that the gutters were damaged but instead he did not clean them properly. I now need a roof on my rental that he did 30 years ago and of course I do not need to look else where. I have worked in customer service all my life and at 78 years old it is a pleasure to see that good customer service still exists. Thanks Rick, Marylou

Rick and his workers were always punctual and professional. They did an exceptional job replacing our roof at a much lower cost than other estimates we received. We would not hesitate hiring him again.

I hired Suburban to do my roofing a couple of years ago and they were great to deal with. I left in the morning when the crew first arrived and when I returned early afternoon I was amazed at what had been accomplished. Rick was on the job throughout the day bringing his crews material they needed and also food so no one had to leave the job. There was a guy who just cleaned all day and tarps were placed around my home and also draping my siding and planting beds to make sure there was no damage. I sat on the hill will Rick who was managing the job and watched in amazement the well organized and efficient crew that was diligently working. By the end of the day the roof was done and you would never know anyone was ever there, It was actually cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Suburban to anyone thinking about a new roof, the cost was also very reasonable, great people to work with.
