The owner sent photos of granite tile installations. He came by and quoted jobs by the job and not the hour. I decided to try him on the 32 sq ft foyer granite tile installation. His communication is poor, he does not show up on time the first 3 times. He had subcontractors who did not speak English, sitting in a truck for 2.5 hours, and killing a lot of time. It took 3 weeks to get him back to finish the job. It was shoddy work. I asked if he could get the grout off of the granite tile after he repaired the shoddy grouting from the first time. He said NO. I have since found the granite can be cleaned. This was an awful hack who says he can do a good job. NOT. He first gave one price for the foyer then raised it by $100 when I went to pay him. Do not trust this person, Roberto Henriquez. It was not worth the money and I will have to have some of his work re-done.
