I used Suds cleaning services when I was moving out of my apartment to turn it over to the landlord and they did an amazing job! Noelle was very helpful setting everything up, and Zenaida, Maria and Jose all did a great job on the day of the work. The place was spotless, especially considering that I have a cat with a bit of a shedding problem and they got all of it! Got my entire security deposit back. Highly recommended!

We have spoken with the staff and they stated that your wife did a walk-through of the house with them and also spoke with the supervisor Mauricio prior to their leaving the property but she did not say that she was not satisfied. Poor performance is not indicative of the type of work that we provide and because you are unhappy we will not charge you for the service. In addition, we have also offered you a free cleaning service with no expiration date to make up for a job that did not meet your expectations. We stand behind our company and guarantee our service to our clients. Please do not let this negative review be a reflection of the standards of our company and all of our staff. We value you, our customer and if we were given the opportunity to rectify the situation we would have done so immediately. Unfortunately, we only found out about it after the review was written. Again, our apologies and we hope that this shows you the upstanding company that we are."

Suds is a very professional company. As this was my first time using a house cleaning service, i was very impressed and satisfied with the job that they did.
