The work load was intense, after construction clean up, I do not believe the team was prepared for the level of work. In addition, the team was late both days and communication with the home office was not clean.

Apartment was very filthy and Silvio got it in decent shape so I could have it painted. He was very willing to do all that I asked of him and made sure I was happy. I had to leave before he finished and he was careful to lock up everything before he left. He is very trustworthy and deserves his good reviews.

Silvio was very prompt and professional. He called, scheduled the estimate and provided a contract quickly. He met with the housekeeper and introduced her to me and went over my needs with her. Then Maria gave my place a deep clean that passed the white glove test!
