Sue's Custom Gardens

Sue did a great job installing artificial grass in my backyard. She is a nice person and a very hard worker. The work was done on time and for a fair price. I would hire her again.

Very knowledgeable and a very nice person. Did a great job, made me very happy. Love looking out my kitchen window to a weed free garden.

We asked for a lawn without dung, and she installed one with dung. She installed a sprinkler timer which has never worked correctly. Would not come out to see it as "too busy with high paying customers" and did not believe her error or refund me when finally admitted her error. I have leukemia and this is literally making me sick .Racoons dig it up nightly leaving us with exposed excrement which pets track in. This is literally a nightmare and she refused to refund us even though wrong product used and timer inefficient. CA Labor Board will be called next.

Sue coated an existing pond with a paint on liner. She admitted she had never done this type of work previously she was confident she could handle it. Unfortunately even with the instruction from the liner company as well as an application video there were many problems. Sue did her best to deal with each issue Several weeks later we are waiting for a visit from the pond & fountain company to check her work. Clearly this was more than she is capable of and I am certain she will not be so quick to take on this type of project again. At this point I am only hoping the pond does not leak.

A first rate quality job from the start. It took several attempts to locate the right part for my valve problem. It did not deter Sue from seeing it through to the end. I was kept informed every step of the way and her charges were very reasonable. Sue would not accept any money unless the job was completely done to my satisfaction.

There were delays. Couldn't always reach her in a timely maner. Think she needs more experience or training.

Sue reponded quickly and honestly to the needs of the project. It was decided that the project was one not suited to Sue's scope of business. She is an extremely pleasant person to deal with.
