    From top to bottom. A pleasure. Quality service. Needed to replace our 20 x 40 inground pool liner. Maria came next day, priced fairly, personal came two days later to verify size, ordered liner, installed in 1/2 day. Came back to finalize. It was such a clean process. We are very happy.

    Suffolk Liner replaced a leaky old liner for us. This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. I would pay more just to have them do a job because it is clear that thry are professional and stand behind their products. Arik even checked back with us 2 weeks following the installation to confirm that it all went well. How is THAT for customer service! Thank you Suffolk Liner and Arik for a great purchase experience.     We were in the process of searching for a reputable company to replace our pool liner. My son-in-law was also in need of replacing one. He saw a truck from their company while driving and took down their information. After calling and speaking to Maria- he set up appointments for Estimates. Maria arrived when promised and was very pleasant and informative. The price was fair and she was able to accommodate us to install the new liner before the season ended. Our liner was ready within the 2-3 week time frame promised. Two Installers arrived when they said they would and did everything exactly how Maria explained the process. Both men were friendly, experienced and worked very efficiently- even coming back in the rain the following day to finish up. We are very pleased with this Company. We would highly recommend Suffolk Liner Corp. to anyone looking to replace their pool liner!
