Al was great. Installed two gas water heaters. Removed and installed both in the cellar. Cleaned everything up nicely. No complaints at all. Definately will call him again for something else.

Allen is a Master Plumber with an active Massachusetts license. He responded very quickly when our water heater tank broke and partially flooded our basement. He was extremely helpful in our initial phone call (at 11:30 pm!) and gave us a very fair price. He showed up on time the next afternoon with a brand new water heater and all the tools and parts to install it. He was knowledgeable and personable and got right to work, completing the installation in about 2 1/2 hours. The new heater worked perfectly and Al completely cleaned up the work area when he was done, even taking away the old broken water heater. We would not hesitate to hire him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done!
