Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
Had a water leak in under the floor in my kitchen. These guys came out and solved the problem. They had to run new pipe inside the walls so they didn’t destroy my finished floor. They even patched the walls and cleaned the mess. Good service and work was done in fair amount of time

In June 2022, I had my energy star efficient HVAC installed. Before agreeing, I specifically asked if they were BayRen certified, a rebate company, and they said they were. Months past, and they said the state canceled rebates. I was confused, so I contacted BayRen and they said sugar bear plumbing was not certified by them. When I tried to resolve this directly through SB Plumbing, they were more than eager to tell me to file a complaint. It is definitely not good business to not have integrity in your business to not want to resolve an issue in good faith. I waited more than one year for my rebate and I am all for work life balance, but when you say I won t be responding to you anymore so I can be with my wife and kids is very unprofessional.

I was charged approximately 1,000. He did not clear blockage. said bathroom had to be remodeled. took pictures, took out toilet, and did not fix. charged anyway. so sorry we had this experience. Another plumber came an got clog out. Though eventually we had pipe replaced at half the price quoted by this company.

I agreed to a fixed charge of $359, not knowing how much work needed to be done. It turned out that the plumber spent 45 minutes, to fix the problem which equaled $478/hour. I will neverhire another plumber without knowing his hourly rate.

Excellent customer service (Mia) & technician (Ian) who solved my plumbing issue. I was pleased at the completion of the project though I found out later the cost was more than other plumber services would have charged for the same work. That said, the service was started within hours of my call for assistance & completed about an hour after the plumber started, though he predicted it would take 2 hours. Plumber was clean, courteous, efficient, a good listener, great problem solver and successful in fixing the plumbing issue. Thank you for your good work Sugar Bear Plumbing.
